Heys all. I was just doing some random stuff when a wave of inspiration hit me. So I've decided to come up with a short film (abt 1hr-1half hr) which involves both animation and real-life acting. I tagged basically the class cause ur all eligible to participate (maybe i'll open this to the cohort)So here is the plot.

Maple Story: Fusion (Inspired by Code Lyoko, Enchanted, and the Matrix)When 14 year old Tyler Anderson discovers a whole new world by accidentally transfering himself through his friend, Samuel's computer, he's in for a big surprise. This new dimension - The Maple World - is full of humans with supernatural abilities, which he also happens to gain in this fascinating new world. But all is not rosy here, as the Black Magician, who has taken over the Maple World, intends to enter the Human World and take over it. Tyler befriends Jasper, the head of the rebellion team against the Black Magician. Can Tyler, together with his friends, new and old, save both the Maple World and the Human World from evil? Two Worlds, One Destiny.

Yah so u kinda get it. The "Maple World" is animated while the "Human World" is real-time acted. Unlike Code Lyoko, the "Maple World" is another REAL dimension unlike Code Lyoko as Lyoko was just another virtual universe CREATED by men (like another cyberspace). Well, one person can't do everything, so I've decided to drag some of you guys in (those who like acting/might want to help). So ya, I need some actors, I'll pay you if you want (lol), and we'll have a really great time working on this.Btw, this starts next year boarding (since half the real-time acting is in boarding) but nothing this year. Just the recruitment. However, one needs certain qualifications for certain roles as every character is unique. Therefore i appreciate if you guys help me out on this one.

NOTE: this isnt exactly a very big production. its more about fun and stuff so dont take it too seriously kay? hope more of you will volunteer

Character Profiles:
Main Characters:

Tyler (taken, by ME):Tyler is an adventurous 14 year old boy, fascinated with the world of computers. Togehter with his good friend Samuel, they enjoy writing programs beyond the capabilities of this world. Tyler resembles the Aran in everyway in the Maple World, with similar skills and weapon choice. He is also quite naive and trusts people VERY easily *Since the role is already taken nothing much is needed to be said*

Samuel:Samuel is a 14 year old computer "geek" and is one of the computer geniuses in the country, or probably the world. Although most of his programs mess up, he managed to use his "Transfer Program" to accidentally link it to the Maple World, where humans/maplers can be transferred through the worlds with his new "supercomputer". Samuel wears glasses (glasses is essential for this role. If you don't wear one, we need to get u a fake :D) Although nervous and pessimistic at times, he is always there with his brilliant and creative brain to help his friends.Requirements: NO taller than 165cm, glasses, and needs to be able to act "nerdy". Someone like Jack would be ideal (if Jack could act nerdy lols).

Jasper:Jasper is a striker (lightning pirate) in the maple world. He was actually born in the real world with his younger sister Chloe and was later transported to the maple world. His hair is yellow in battle mode and he is very sporting and brave, but with a kind heart. However he can be reckless at times, charging into battle without a plan. He is also easily infuriated. Jasper is 14 as of the movie.Requirements: Taller than 155cm, needs to be able to act brave, sporty. Someone like Kai Yang, Ryan, or Qi Wei would be good.

Chloe:Chloe is a Bishop (mage) in the maple world although has some similarities with the Evan class. She is the younger sister of Jasper. Chloe is innocent and sometimes shy, but that personality does NOT translate to the battlefield, where she is a merciless, powerful magician. She has to deal with the lack of magic capabilities in the real world, where most of her devastating skills are locked. Chloe is 13 as of the movie.Requirements: Taller than 150cm (duh), able to act innocent and sweet, but at the same time pretty strongwilled and determined. Someone with my sister's personality would be perfect :D

Mikey:Mikey is 14 as of the movie, and is a playful, mischeivous boy. In the Maple world, he is a Night Lord (Thief) and uses his sneaky personality and skills against his opponents. Although the joker of the group, he is serious when in battle, always putting friends ahead of him.Requirements: Able to joke around, fun and sporting. Taller than 155cm. Someone with Jerald's or Qi Wei's personality would be AWESOME.

Tamara:Tamara is 14 as of the movie, and is a tomboyish, yet "cool" girl. She is very calm and relaxed, even being able to keep her cool in life threatening situations. She is a Windbreaker (bowmen) in the Maple World, where she uses her concentration and calmness to attack opponents. She is enemies with Megan since "the sandbox" and has sworn to get revenge on something (not stated in the movie). Requirements: At LEAST 158cm, pokerface during the shoot, able to hold a bow and arrow (lol). A person like... i dunno, Wen Qing or erm... Nat? argh i dunno lols
Seth/Black Magician:The Black Magician is the main antagonist in the movie, him taking on the form of 15 year old Seth in the real world (but he changes back into his original form when fighting Tyler). As Seth, he is a kind, friendly, and "cool guy". But as the Black Magician, all powerful and power-hungry, as well as arrogant and cunning.Requirements: Needs to be TALL (yesh. *hint hint* weikai, ryan) at LEAST 165cm tall. NO deep voice required. Also, NO acting skills required either. Someone like Weikai or Ryan would be PERFECTTT :)))

Supporting characters:

Megan:A snobbish, upright, b*tchy girl would do it. She has been rivals with Tamara since pre-school, and are STILL rivals. She thinks that Tamara and her friends are forever up to something, and always pokes her nose into other's business. 14 as of the movieRequirements: TYPICAL BIMBO. Extremely SACARSTIC and FLIRTATIOUS. no height requirement though lol. someone like Meg or Grace will BLOW THE ROOF OFFF!!!

Miya: Softspoken and shy, but she joins Megan to avoid being bullied. Has had a harsh childhood. 13 as of the movieRequirements: Nothing much to say here. Glasses is an optional but recommended for this role. Someone like Tupai/Chengmun/Pei Lin would be kinda nice...

Terrance: Megan's boyfriend... for the period of the movie. Terrance is 15 as of the movie and will do anything for Megan. Secretly, he is a pervert and just wants to have a night with Megan (lol).Requirements: At least 160cm (cant have short 15 year olds), pretty hunky, nice face (if i dunlikeurface bai bai), and can act like a slave.

Chris:A friend of Tyler. Nothing much to say here though. 14 as of the movieRequirements: kinda like... NIL?

Jessica:Chris' girlfriend. lols. quite stuck up, but not to the point of Megan. 14 as of the movieRequirements: NIL? but must have an okok face. (if idunlikeurface bai bai)

Cameos:LOTS AND LOTS OF RANDOM PPLS =):yesh, i nid random ppl doin random things during random shoots. lol

Bathroom girl:there's a scene where i'll need some brave girl (2 brave girls actually) to do this scene. Tell me if ur interested. 15 as of the movie (can be any height i dun care)Requirements: Extremely brave. ( as in srsly. )

Natasha:A cameo classmate. 14 as of the movieRequirements: Any other girl will do. I dun care abt ur face.

Zen:A cameo classmate. Seems pretty good with computers (yesh its a boy). 14 as of the movieRequirements: Slightly nerdy and emo attittude (like L from Death Note? is that even how his name is spelled?)

Richie:Cameo classmate. Typical rich dudeRequirements: Slightly snobby attitude. (Brendan? lolz0r)

Crystal:A studious classmate. One of the more important cameos. Requirements: Nice face (or i'll say baibai), no height requirement, but must look smart in the movie

Camera Crew :3Basically i need about 2~3 cameraman/womanI'll need a cameraman for the boys (scenes in boarding boys level) a camerawoman for the girls (scenes in boarding girls level.

NOTE: this camerawoman has to be brave as she has to be involved in the bathroom
scene/shoot. Must have trust with the bathroom girl and should be in good terms with her. and an Overall camerman (this cameraman can be the boys or girls cameraman).
